सफलता के जुनून मे हम इतने अंधे हो चले भूल गए जिन रास्तो ने हमे मंजिले तक पहुचाई पता रहता की हर रोज सिखाती है ये रास्ते तो ऐसी जुर्रत ना करता पर क्या करता कामयाबी के उमंग मे अंधा हो चला था।               जो रास्ते हमे मंजिले तक लेकर चले हमे उन्हें ध्वस्त कभी नही करनी चाहिए। अक्सर ये रास्ते नित्य नए आयाम गढ़ते है हमारे जीवन मे। ये रास्ते हर रोज हमे कुछ न कुछ सिखाती है। यह हमारे गुजरे हुए कल की याद दिलाती है। यह हमारे वजूद की याद दिलाती है।                  अक्सर जब हम कामयाब होते है। तब प्रनसा हमे दीमक की तरह खाने लगती है।हम उस कामयाबी के प्रसंसा मे खो कर अपने लक्ष्य से भटक जाते है।  पर इन सब से परे हमे उस रास्ते और इन्सान को कभी नही भूलना चाहिए। हमे उस इंसान की जरूरत तब भी पड सकती है जब हब अपने कामयाबी के बुलंदियों तक पहुच गए हो।

                              DEVELOPEMENT Development is a value laden concept which means adding value to the previous growth. We can add value only to the matter which shows responsivess to growth, not to the one which are opposed to it. It depends up on two factor one is internal and the other is external enviornment. The internal enviornment determines the scope of development and the external enviornment provides the amount of value which can be added to it.                                 The external enviornment acts as an catalyst in lading the value of growth. Our thoughts process are moreever influenced by the external enviornment.

                         मां, ममता और मै भाव और  भावनाओ के तत्व को मैं भली भांति समझ चुका था ।  भावनाओं से मैं परे जाना चाहता था पर ममता मेरी विवस्ता थी और माँ एक मात्र सहारा। ममता से मैं हर बार हार जाता पर माँ मुझे अपने से कभी हारने नही देती। हारने देती भी किउ।                            मैं जब भी  भावनाओं से परे जाने की कोशिस करता ममता मेरी कमजोरी बंन जाती।मैं जब भी कठिन फैसला लेता ममता मेरी विवशता बन जाती और उसे रोकने की प्रयास करती। माँ से तो मैं लड़ता था पर ममता से ऐसा नही कर सकता था क्योकि ममता मुझे असवस्थ समझती थी।                               शायद ममता का कोई कर्ज था जो मां कहती थी चुकता कर दो।और इसीलिए मैं विवश होकर उसे निगल लेता था। ममता के कारण मैंने अनेको परेशानिया झेले और मां इसे भली भाति जानती है।               ...

                        वाणी वाणी हमारे जिंदगी मे बहुत बड़ी भूमिका निभाती है।वाणी हमे फर्श से अर्ष पर ले जा सकती है और अर्ष से फर्श पर भी ला सकती है। वाणी ऐसी सम्पति है जो कुदरत की देन है। हम वाणी की कीमत कभी नही लगा सकते । कहते है वाणी सरस्वती की देन है। कोई भी इंसान वाणी खरीद नही सकता है। और ना हमे इसे खरीदने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए। वाणी हमे कृपा से प्राप्त होती है।                                वाणी का बड़ा होना जरूरी नही होता, पर वाणी का मर्यादा मे रहना अधिक जरूरी होता है। अगर वाणी मर्यादित हो और मधुर हो तो वह व्यक्तितव को चार चाँद लगा देती है। वाणी से लक्ष्मी की प्राप्ति होती है। जिसकी वाणी मधुर एव कोमल हो उनसे सभी प्रेम करते है। उनके घर मे कभी कलह नही होता है।और जहा कलह नही वहा लक्ष्मी का निवास होता है। पर वह मधुरता बनावटी नही होनी चाहिए।                           जब भी हम तंग ए...

    Why relationship fails? Relationship fails because people take it for granted.we go on hurting ones sentiment, neglecting feelings and emotion. When relationship becomes a medium to quench our desires and as result there off we forget the other party feelings, such relationship fails badly.                      In most of the cases in family,we take our own people for granted and keep on tormenting the sentiments of our own people. In other case where blood relation is not involved people ignore others feelings ,however good they are simply with view that they dont belong to our lineage.                    Hence in the first case it fails because of taking for granted and on the other hand because of ignorance.
