DEVELOPEMENT

Development is a value laden concept which means adding value to the previous growth. We can add value only to the matter which shows responsivess to growth, not to the one which are opposed to it. It depends up on two factor one is internal and the other is external enviornment. The internal enviornment determines the scope of development and the external enviornment provides the amount of value which can be added to it.
                                The external enviornment acts as an catalyst in lading the value of growth. Our thoughts process are moreever influenced by the external enviornment.
