बहुत तेज़ बारिश हो रही थी, द्रोणाचार्य अग्नि से समीप बैठे थे, दुर्योधन बारिश से बचने के लिए द्रोणाचार्य के समीप आकर रुक गया, उसके चेहरे पर पांडवो के प्रति ईष्या स्पष्ट झलक रही थी, द्रोणाचार्य बोले दुर्योधन ये जो लकड़ी जल रही है देख रहे हो, जलने के बाद ये क्या हो जाएगी, दुर्योधन चुप रहा, द्रोणाचार्य बोले ये लकड़ी जल कर कोयला बन जाएगी और कोयला जल कर राख बन जाता है,दुर्योधन और शर्मिंदा हो गया उसे वहां ठहरा नही गया, उसी तेज़ बारीश में वह वहा से भाग गया।

जब इन्द्र कर्ण से कवच और कुंडल ले लिए तो कर्ण ने उन्हें जानते हो क्या कहा? कर्ण ने इंद्र से कहा है देवराज आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद जो आपने मुझे सामान्य मनुष्यो के श्रेणी में ला दिए ।कवच और कुंडल के साथ मैं सामान्य मनुष्यो से भिन्न था। बदले में इंद्र ने कर्ण को दिव्य अस्त्र प्रदान किये। अतः कभी जिंदगी से निराश मत होइए। कर्ण ने तो आत्महत्या नही की। अपना पुरुषार्थ करना कभी नही छोड़ना चाहिए। स्मरण रखिये आपके पास अनुभव है कमी बस आत्मबल की ह ै, आपकी ऊर्जा का स्तर निम्न स्तर पर पहुच गया है, और उसके लिए दवा की नही एक अछे संत की जरूरत है। प्राचीन काल मे जब राजा लोग युद्ध मे पराजित होते थे तो वन की तरफ रुख करते थे, वहां वे लोग ऋषियों से मिलकर कारण जानने की कोशिश करते और उनसे उचित मार्ग की बताने के लिए कहते। ऋषि लोग उन्हें जीवन के यथार्थ का बोध कराते थे। ये सब बात एक मनोचिकित्सक नही बता सकता किउ की उसे ये जानकारी ही नही है। उसे सिर्फ औषदि का ज्ञान है जो कि आपको जरूरत नही। अतः आशावादी बने सत्संग करे। और अपने उधम में निरत लगे रहे , सफलता एक दिन जरूर मिलेगी

प्रतिस्पर्धा के इस युग मे आज शिक्षित और अनुभवी लोग अवसाद से ग्रसित होते जा रहे है, और कुछ तो आत्म हत्या तक कर लिए है। आखिर अवसाद है क्या? यह एक मनोवृति है जो हमारे विचार से प्रकट होती है। हमारे विचार बहुत हद तक हमारे चित की उपज है, और अगर हमे अपने विचार को शुद्ध करना है तो पहले चित्त को शुद्व करना होगा। चित्त में विकार के कारण हमारे विचार अशुद्ध होते है जो कि अवसाद का प्रमुख कारण है। जब हम अवसाद से ग्रसित होते है तो हमारी शरीर की ऊर्जा सबसे निम्न अस्तर पर होती है, जिसके कारण हमारे अंदर नकारात्मक विचार उत्पन्न होते है, हम अपने आप को हारा हुआ और अलग थलग महसूस करते है। जब हम अवसाद में रहते है तो हमारे अंदर तामसिक गुणों का प्रवाह अधिक रहता है। क्या आप सब जानते है रावण से युद्व लड़ते वक़्त श्री राम भी विषाद में चले गए थे, वे अपने आप को हारा हुआ मान बैठे थे, तब युद्धभूमि में गरुड़ आये उनको स्पर्श किया और वह पुनः अपने वास्तविक स्वभाव को प्राप्त हुए। कुरुक्षेत्र में अर्जुन अपनो को युद्ध मे देख कर विषाद से ग्रसित हो गए थे, गीता का पहला अध्याय अर्जुन विषाद योग से जाना जाता है। भगवान ...

In bhagwat Geeta chapter 13 Lord Krishna explains Arjun about the thee modes of of Nature and Matter .Quantum physics speaks of the same philosophy ie..
