In this turbulent time , we have paused our activities, in fact this crisis  has stopped our day to day activities. The idea of continuous improvement was first trailed during the second world war when businesses failed to innovate. US Govt adopted series of training programmes for training the industries to stimulate Growth.

Likewise , Post Corona ,Indian Govt  and Corporate should adopt a consistent policy of training and motivating their employees to stimulate the growth and bring back the economy on track, at least such move will stimulate the Growth.

Coming to the Vedic Philosophy The Rig Veda prophets of  attaining our Goal Through Purusarth  ie.. through effort and hard working. Some of our corporate have already given up and in a recent survey 42 percent of them have said that it might take more than a year for the economy to come back on track to them i want to tell that dont give up so easily, post pandemic motivate your employee , invest in human resource at regular interval and it will stimulate your company Growth.
In the mean while most of the work can be done through home working and that would maintain the consistency of your  employee and your company.
