Ram Janmabhoomi case is a matter of faith and it won't exist without belief, Faith is dependent on belief. An atheist has no faith because it perceive belief as tenuous.

At one side Mr. Dhavan accept that every Guru Granth sahib installed in Gurudvara is a juristic Person than why can't you accept Idol of Ram as Juristic Person.

It doesn't make sense of Lord Ram Temple description in Valmiki Ramayan. Because you can't built temple of a Lord before his incarnation. But description of city of Ayodhya is clearly mentioned in Valmiki Ramayan.

Destruction of Temples and Idols and Babur's view on Idols is clearly mentioned in Baburnama. Do some fact check.
